Anthemis Living - Integrated technical infrastructure and smart systems

At Anthemis Living, a modern accommodation complex with minimal urban chic aesthetics, the company Lykoudis Ioannis & Co. undertook and implemented a complete technical infrastructure project, covering all the critical electrical, network and system needs of the site.

The project included:

• Integrated electrical installation, designed and executed to high standards of operation and safety
• Design and installation of an integrated system smart hotel KNX, for the central and flexible control of the functions of the site
• Design and installation of data networks, including high-speed infrastructure for Internet/Wi-Fi services and smart functions in every room
• Installation of security camera system (CCTV) for monitoring and protection of the site
• Lighting study, aiming at the aesthetic and functional utilization of the spaces
• Supply and installation of luminaires, selected on the basis of aesthetics, performance and energy efficiency

With the integration of systems via KNX, not only the central control of the electrical functions is achieved, but also their harmonious cooperation with the weak currents and the rest of the automation. The installation of networks and cameras enhances the quality of service and security of the accommodation, while the careful lighting design and choice of fixtures enhance the architecture and atmosphere of the space.
