Casaly Hotel & Spa – Complete Smart Hotel & Infrastructure Systems Project

At Casaly Hotel & Spa, a modern, high-end boutique hotel in Argostoli, Kefalonia, Lykoudis Ioannis & SIA O.E. delivered a fully integrated project covering electrical installations, network infrastructure and advanced smart systems, supporting the hotel’s entire technological framework.

The scope of the project included:

• Complete electrical installation (covering both high- and low-voltage systems), designed to meet the requirements of a luxury hospitality environment.• Lighting design study, aimed at highlighting the architecture and enhancing the overall guest experience.• Supply and distribution of lighting fittings, selected with a focus on design, lighting quality and energy efficiency.• Installation of structured data networks, including Fibre to the Room (FTTR) for high-speed connectivity and reliability.• Installation and configuration of a full KNX system, enabling centralised control and integration of key functions such as:– Lighting and room scenes– Climate control and thermal comfort– Shading systems and blinds– Energy management– Access control system– Centralised management of guest rooms and communal areas

• Addressable fire detection system, installed in accordance with current safety standards and regulations.• Professional IP audio system for communal areas.• Hotel TV system with a Hotel Menu, providing a personalised guest experience.• CCTV security system, ensuring effective monitoring and protection of the property.

The full integration of all systems via KNX enables centralised management, the automation of operations and significant energy savings, whilst also enhancing guest comfort and providing operational flexibility for the hotel owner.
