Canale Hotel & Suites – Comprehensive Electrical, Lighting and Smart Systems Project

At Canale Hotel & Suites, a modern 4★ boutique hotel overlooking the sea in Argostoli, Kefalonia, Lykoudis Ioannis & SIA O.E. delivered a fully integrated project covering electrical installations, lighting and advanced automation systems, supporting the hotel’s smooth and efficient operation.

The project included:

• Complete electrical installation throughout all areas of the hotel, designed to meet both operational requirements and the standards of a high-end hospitality environment.• Lighting design study and supply of lighting fittings, carefully selected to highlight the architecture as well as the indoor and outdoor spaces.• Supply and installation of a KNX system, enabling centralised control and integration of key hotel functions, including:– Lighting and dynamic lighting scenes for each area– Climate control and thermal comfort– Shading systems and blinds– Energy management and smart automation– Monitoring and control of shared operational systems

• Integration of smart features that enable:– Simplified system management for staff– Optimisation of energy consumption– Enhanced comfort and guest experience

The overall solution transformed Canale Hotel & Suites into a fully automated and smart building, with centralised control of all systems to ensure operational efficiency, energy optimisation and high levels of comfort.
