At Canale Hotel & Suites, a modern 4★ boutique hotel with sea view in Argostoli, Kefalonia, the company Lykoudis Ioannis & Co. undertook and implemented a fully integrated project of high level electrical installations, lighting and automation, supporting the integrated operation of the hotel.
The project included:
- Complete electrical installation in all areas of the hotel, according to the needs of operation and luxury residence
- Lighting study and supply of luminaires, selected to highlight the architecture, interiors and exteriors
- Supply and installation of KNX system, by which all important systems of the hotel are controlled and interconnected, such as:
- lighting and dynamic scenarios per room
- air conditioning and thermal comfort
- shading/rollers
- energy management and smart automation
- systems for common functions and control of operational parameters
- Parallel integration of smart functions about:
- simplified installation management by the staff
- optimisation of energy consumption
- improved hospitality experience for visitors
The overall solution implemented makes the Canale Hotel & Suites not just lighting or electrically installed, but fully automated and intelligent hotel, with central control of all systems for operational excellence and comfort.
