Casaly Hotel & Spa - Integrated Smart Hotel & Infrastructure Systems Project

At Casaly Hotel & Spa, a modern high-end boutique hotel in Argostoli, Kefalonia, Lykoudis Ioannis & SIA O.E. delivered a fully integrated project covering electrical installations, network infrastructure, and advanced smart systems, supporting the hotel’s entire technological framework.

The scope of the project included:

• Full electrical installation (strong & weak currents), designed for luxury hospitality requirements
• Lighting study to highlight the architecture and optimize the visitor's experience
• Supply and marketing of luminaires, with emphasis on design, lighting quality and energy efficiency
• Installation of structured data networks, including Fiber to the Room (FTTR) for high speeds and reliability
• Installation and configuration of an integrated KNX system, through which they are integrated and controlled:
  • lighting and room scenarios
  • air conditioning and thermal comfort
  • shading and blinds
  • energy management
  • Access Control system
  • centralised room and common area functions
• An addressable fire detection system in accordance with the applicable specifications and regulations
• Professional IP audio system for public areas
• Hotel TV system with Hotel Menu, for a personalized guest experience
• Closed circuit television (CCTV) system for hotel security

The full integration of the systems via KNX allows centralized management, automation of operations and significant energy savings, while offering increased comfort to the guest and flexibility to the owner.
