Saint Nikolas Retreat – Complete Infrastructure & Smart Systems Project

At Saint Nikolas Retreat, a modern villa complex situated in a picturesque traditional village on Kefalonia, Lykoudis Ioannis & SIA O.E. undertook and successfully completed a comprehensive project covering electrical installations, network infrastructure and control systems. The work met all the property’s technological requirements, creating a functional and well-connected environment for both owners and guests.

Specifically, the project comprised:
