Anthemis Living – Comprehensive technical infrastructure and smart systems

At Anthemis Living, a contemporary accommodation complex with a minimalist urban chic aesthetic, the firm Lykoudis Ioannis & Co. undertook and completed a comprehensive technical infrastructure project, covering all the critical electrical, networking and systems requirements of the site.

Specifically, the project involved:

A comprehensive electrical installation, designed and carried out in accordance with high operational and safety standards

Design and installation of a comprehensive KNX smart hotel system for the centralised and flexible control of the venue’s operations

Design and installation of data networks, including high-speed infrastructure for Internet/Wi-Fi services and smart features in every room

Installation of a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system for monitoring and protecting the premises

A lighting design study, aimed at maximising both the aesthetic and functional potential of the spaces

Supply and installation of light fittings, selected on the basis of aesthetics, performance and energy efficiency

By integrating systems via KNX, not only is centralised control of electrical functions achieved, but also their seamless integration with low-voltage circuits and other automation systems. The installation of networks and cameras enhances the quality of service and the security of the accommodation, whilst the carefully planned lighting design and choice of luminaires highlight the architecture and atmosphere of the space.
